James Hong plays Hannibal Chew, the genetic designer and owner of Eye World. He just makes eyes, but unfortunately Roy Batty thinks Chew can help him get to Tyrell. Chew knows who can, but giving the replicants the answer doesn't buy him freedom. Chew almost certainly ends up as an ice block.
